Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to contribute to the conference by submitting original research articles that illustrate novel findings, significant projects, comprehensive surveys, or industrial experiences in the fields of Smart Technologies and Intelligent Computing. Submissions should highlight advancements, challenges, and opportunities within these domains.

Interested authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through Microsoft CMT link given below.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to IC2INS-2026 will follow the double-blind review process and authors are instructed not to add their details while submitting the manuscript.

IC2INS-2026 takes plagiarism very seriously and regard plagiarism as a professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and when identified the paper will be rejected. Only those papers will be carry forwarded to next step of the review which are initially detected for plagiarism of less than 15% (Including References and DOI Number). No AI Based Content like ChatGPT will be allowed. If at any stage find AI tool content, the paper will be rejected even after successful registration.
